We understand that plans can change. If you feel unsure about your order or are not completely satisfied, we encourage you to reach out to our support team before proceeding with a cancellation. Our team is always available to address concerns, offer alternatives, or help you find a better-suited outfit from our wide range of Hollywood-inspired jackets, coats, and costumes. However, your decision is always respected, and our cancellation process is structured to remain straightforward and hassle-free.
Orders placed with celebrityjacketX may be cancelled within 24 to 48 hours of placement without any complications. If an order is cancelled within this timeframe, the customer is eligible for a full refund, including delivery charges. This window allows us to manage operations smoothly before production or preparation begins.
If an order is cancelled after 48 hours but before 72 hours, a 70% refund of the product amount will be issued, while delivery charges will still be fully refunded. This deduction reflects the operational costs incurred during the early stages of order processing.
Once 72 hours have passed, cancellations are no longer eligible for refunds. At this stage, our designers and production team may have already begun crafting or preparing your item, especially for custom or made-to-order pieces. Similarly, orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued once shipment is in transit.
Approved refunds are processed back to the customer’s original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. We kindly ask for your patience during this period, as processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
